Construction Updates
The following are status updates for the Sonidos Del Mar project:
- The dirt/gravel roads between Santa Cruz and Pariso have been almost completely paved. The remaining stretch of gravel leading to Sonidos Del Mar is only about a 20 minute drive, whereas before it was over an hour’s drive on poor roads. With the new modern road improvements, Sonidos Del Mar is only about an hour and thirty minutes from the Liberia International airport.
- Last week was Semana Santa (Holy Week) in Costa Rica and the entire country was on vacation until Monday.
Completion of the Infrastructure:
- The project looks beautiful and everything is coming together nicely.
- The water and electric infrastructure are complete, the roads are finished but not yet paved. We are expecting to start paving the roads within Sonidos Del Mar by the end of this week.
- Everyone is excited and ready to settle on their lots at Sonidos Del Mar, by May 1st.
- We are projecting to break ground on the community Casa club and pool by July 1st.
